It would be like a holiday and after school club. doing arts and craffts,sports etc. What im after is ratios,qualifications etc. thank you catherine

I'd say this is the best place to start, along with some research into what the childcare market looks like in the area you're hoping to set up in. If there is a registering body I'd approach them for advice. If not, I'd look at the local government set up and see who is responsible for overseeing out of school provision and ask them what the process is. Sorry.
