Helen
Hi Karen, I love it when someone who has been a member for a long time decides to post; thank you Have you been a TA before? If so, is this job for the same age group? In terms of where the job could take you, you could consider these: * Specialism (through further training) in a particular age group, SEN, or an area of the curriculum that you are particularly interested in * Teacher training * Taking a large part in observing the children and recording significant achievements; ie working closely with the teacher to provide accurate information to parents about children's levels of development, knowledge and skills I'm sure other members will have more ideas
AnonyMouse_64
Karen, I'm afraid I don't have anything to add to Helen's post but wanted to welcome you. Good luck with the job hunt too.
