Guest ChunkyMan
Hi there, I am wondering if anyone can tell me how many times one can be observed in a year? I have had 1 ofsted obs, PM obs and our SIP + head observing me and I find out that I am to be observed again in 2 weeks time by the SIP and a member of the SLT. Does it make any difference that I am a member of the SLT too. Cheers Cx
Guest
I was told once a term. But if there were any learning walks or other kind of observation it would be up to the head to decide if these were classed as one or not. I hate observations. I would go to head and express ur concerns. Goodluck
