Some Advice On Where To Go Next...

Hi all,

 

I was wondering if anyone could offer me some advice or share their experience with me. I am a primary teacher and been in the same nursery class of a large first school for the last 7 years. I have come to the point that I want to extend my expertise in the early years. I am thinking of ways/courses that I could that. Or is it a case that I need to move out of nursery?!

 

Anyway if anyone could suggest any courses etc that focus on the Early Years I would be very grateful.
