I recently used the 'Morning' movement from Grieg's Peer Gynt for something similar. Vivaldi's 'Spring' might also work. My favourite though is 'A tiny seed was sleeping' which I downloaded from the sing up website - one verse for each stage and we made up actions to go with it.
