Well as if we didn't already know it the world is mad! I see that a pub in somewhere or other is supposed to change its name and the name of drinks etc. because they are all from the Hobbit, our good old British literary marvellous Hobbit, from that wonderful chap Tolkien! Apparently it is a copyright infringement.

i know a boat company that has named all it's narrow boats after characters from Tolkien this could run and run!

They're trying to do the same to the Cafe near us about 200 yards from Sarehole Mill too. Its been called the Hungry Hobbit for 20 years but now its not allowed. Seem's silly to me.
