Will some of you be keeping it the same way.It takes ages now. It will be interesting to see how you are gong to implement it. Dorinda
Guest
Hi Dorinda I am going to keep formats for long, medium and short term planning the same, just change the goals / codes for everything - a big job! Also keeping record books same. Already knew key person was going to be a big thing and "the law" so have made some changes already to improve it. Biggest thing will be the 2yr checks and how to keep them minimal. As usual no more funding but more work so more workload for staff and no more money to pay them for this. Guest
I was thinking the same as taffq. mostly changing paperwork stuff codes etc. Ive already started to break down the big chunky statments. so im hoping to label the areas by initials and then break uo the chunks into 1,2,3, or a,b,c something along those lines. also looking into using the TA's more as key worker. This year we used TAs as key workers for circle time worked very well apart from if spomeone was absent. 2 classes with 2 teacher and 2 Tas were split into mix groups of 15. We did a mini circle time instead of whole class and it worked well.
