Guest
What age are you teaching? Do you have any topics in mind or any next steps that you need to introduce? xx
Guest
It is for an interview so have no topic or anything. It is with reception children who will be mixed ability. I was hoping I could have some suggestions of things which have worked well for others. Thanks in advance.
Guest
Ok so I often read stories in these situations and do a short activity. For example I have read Billy's Bucket before as it is quite a nice story and then a circle time could be an option where u have a bucket that you pass round and children talk about what they would like in the bucket. Or you could have a bucket outline on paper where the children then draw what they would like and you could ave your differentiation here where children are encouraged to write about it. I then made it not a book and left t in the class reading area for the children to access!! Have they given you a time frame?! A majority of the time they will be looking at your interaction with the children and your behaviour management! Hope my reply isn't too late X
