AnonyMouse_13789 Posted April 8, 2012 Posted April 8, 2012 Hi All I currently run a social communication group with an SEN child and was given a 'social Communication' games booklet from my LA. However, we use it every day and the games are getting a little tiring. I have devised some of my own games but now need an injection of new 'turn taking/communication' games that can be done in small groups. Does anyone have any that they use with SEN children? Thanks
AnonyMouse_79 Posted April 9, 2012 Posted April 9, 2012 Have you looked at "The Communication Cookbook" available from "I Can"?
AnonyMouse_705 Posted April 9, 2012 Posted April 9, 2012 Let's get talking by Michael Jones and Jo Belsten has some great ideas for activities that can be used individually, in pairs and in small groups.
Guest Posted May 31, 2012 Posted May 31, 2012 The communication cookbook is available as a free download... http://www.btplc.com/Responsiblebusiness/Supportingourcommunities/Learningandskills/Freeresources/ResourceView.aspx?id=2
