I have looked at the epic maual recommended by the Environmental Officer and have started to put together my own policy but was hoping to get a few ideas. I have put in statements about starage, training, and handling of foods but just want to make sure it is correct. Many thanks

Guest Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 Thanks Deb, i have just downloaded the Safer Food - Better Business PDF from the website. It is a 48 page document with some great information. It would be a good idea to just simply print this document out and include it in your documentation, and then you can simply create a decent policy from this im sure no probs.
