AnonyMouse_35605
We have been told that the school where we rent a room is to be inspected this week. Can anyone let me know what we can expect to happen to us? We also run the After School Club but we are independent of the school.

AnonyMouse_11396
Hi I am aware that school inspections or the way they are conducted are due to change soon, I think it's September. Generally all providers on school premises are Inspected at the same time as the school, have you looked at the Ofsted site to see if you can find anything. I think I would be prepared to be inspected at the same time though, good luck.
Guest
you will only be inspected if the school governors are part of you setting. We are a maintained nursery and when the school became an academy we were unsure if we then became a private setting but when phoned ofsted we were told the above. AnonyMouse_11396
Hi Melba are you a pre-school? one of our other local pre-schools is on a school site and have no other connection with the school and they were inspected, as was the after school club too that is also totally separate.
