Guest Posted May 8, 2012 Share Posted May 8, 2012 (edited) Are you thinking of things like - storing medication safely, away from children? - informing management if they take regular medication - Discussing 'fitness to work' when taking medication (especilly if there is a warning about not driving/ using tools when taking the medication) - perhaps a statement that management can ask the person not to work if they are unfit - having a care plan' for staff who have an ongoing condition (e.g. diabetes) so everyone knows what action to take if the person has an attack Edited May 8, 2012 by Gruffalo2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
