Weather?

I have had a weather centre in the past and it's worked really well. we have watched the BBC weather forecasts and discussed them. In the role play area i then put a large British Isles map and lots of weather symbols. then added a video camera and microphone for some great ICT opportunities. we have watched these back and given a critique too! throughly good role play area really loved it! but it did take some adult intervention and guidence a the beginning to set the ball rolling!

How about a deconstructed role play area and see what the children 'change' it into each day?
