Guest Posted July 11, 2012 Share Posted July 11, 2012 this is what we plan to do too so that everyone gets a fair turn at having their interests/needs met. other staff to give post-its too so we build up a really good picture of them. also we will let parents know when it is their 'week', and will ask them to try hard to tell us how they are getting interested in at home and try and speak to them to say something we have planned in for them as a result of our observations, e.g. their interest in dinosaurs is leading to us writing lists of dinosaurs to support writing etc x Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

At medium term we add any observed schema or learning interests and then at short term we differentiate for individuals. We don't do any individual learning plans.
