AnonyMouse_8044
For the previous framework, there was a paper titled "Specific legal requirements under the EYFS". Is there such a thing for the new framework, please? If so, please may I have a link? TVM
Helen
Do you mean something in addition to the Statutory Framework?
AnonyMouse_8044
Do you mean something in addition to the Statutory Framework? Yes. Searching the framework for the word "legal" does not yield anything useful. With the old document, we were able to cross-reference the laid out requirements with our own paperwork and processes to ensure we were compliant. I was hoping there might be a similar doc with the new arrangements
Helen
I think the only way of making sure you are compliant is to go through each of the sections of the statutory framework that say "providers must" and cross reference to those now. :1b
