Guest LucyQ
Hello Just wondering if any of you have any suggestions about what questions I should be asking an interviewee re new SEN post. I have interviewed before but this is a more specific role (our SENCO is busy!!). The post is to support a new child who has Autism (we have funding to cover the post). I was wondering how much info I can tell her about the child, bearing in mind she really is just about the only candidate and on paper seems perfect for the job - we are in a small town. Thanks Lucy
AnonyMouse_79
I would imagine you should be very circumspect at the interview stage. You could ask questions about confidentiality too! When I have been involved in interviewing the questions or at least the topic has always been provided for me. Good luck.
