Guest
Hi - just wondering if people had completed these on their new intakes yet? if so - have you given an assessment for each area of learning as a whole or for the individual 'aspects' within them ? Guest ChunkyMan
We have to submit baseline assessments to our local ed authority by mid October and have to have judgements for all 7 areas and all 17 aspects.
Guest
Sorry if this seems a syupid question - trying to get my head round it all, are you providing an 'age band' assessment (as in which age band they are working within) or are you providing the 'emerging/expected/exceeding' assessment against the ELG's??? AnonyMouse_2157
chunkyman it's interesting that you say you have to submit you baselines to your authority soon; I am curious to know what this will look like. I was under the impression that things were on hold as the revised profile has not been published yet? Can you tell us anymore? Or can anyone else enlighten me re the profile other than what has already been posted on the foundation.org website i.e that a revised profile will be published in the Autumn? Guest ChunkyMan
As both F1 and F2 are required to submit baseline we use the dev matters to make judgements. It is a best fit judgement and we have to say which age and stage they are currently being assessed at in all 17 aspects and 7 areas - does that make sense?
