Transition from Reception to Year One

Hello,

 

I realise this may be the wrong time of year to ask about this but could anyone share their ideas on how they approach transition between Reception and year one. We have lots of things in place but we are looking to move things forward again.

 

Just hoping if anyone could share their ideas/experiences!
