AnonyMouse_35284
Hi there Only registered as a childminder in April & had my first Ofsted inspection in Sept (good rating with a lovely, positive report). Am now in the process of registering with my LA to offer nursery education. Anyone gone down this route? Any tips/advice?
AnonyMouse_29641
I'm in the process. Should be set to go in January. I only really expect to be providing for children until they start school nursery in September. I think this has been the experience of the two Childminders in the borough who have been providing for a few years now. I like the idea of being supervised more closely and have enjoyed the process so far. After becoming a CCF Network Childminder, the extra work isn't that much. What I'm really looking forward to (business wise) is being able to provide funded two-year-old places. Best of luck, Honey
