Guest
Hi there, This topic may have been covered already however I couldn't find it. I am an NQT, but have been working in Early Years for about 16 years. I am currently working in a school with two form entry and finding joint planning a challenge. I just wondered how others manage this. Can it truly meet your children's needs when trying to coordinate the interests and needs of 60 children? Any advice would be appreciated. AnonyMouse_79
We used our PPA time together to determine the LO and talk about activities etc and then made this appropriate for our own classes.
