I am an NQT, but have been working in Early Years for about 16 years. I am currently working in a school with two form entry and finding joint planning a challenge. I just wondered how others manage this. Can it truly meet your children's needs when trying to coordinate the interests and needs of 60 children? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
AnonyMouse_2157 Posted November 18, 2012 Posted November 18, 2012 our 3 form reception teachers plan together for key experiences and then adapt the objectives through various differentiation methods to suit the needs of their own classes.
AnonyMouse_79 Posted November 18, 2012 Posted November 18, 2012 We used our PPA time together to determine the LO and talk about activities etc and then made this appropriate for our own classes.
