Creating a vision . . . . .

Does anybody have any tried and tested successful strategies that they would be willing to share reagirding how to involve staff in developing a vision for EYFS practise in your setting????

Brain storming.

 

Providing the characteristics and letting staff rank them and seeing where similarities and differences exist, then coming to some concensus of opinion. Think we did it with 9 and ordered them into a triangle with most important at the top. We may have been given a blank to write our own on.

Thanks for the reply Susan . . . . I like the idea of giving blanks to staff & seeing if there is a concensus . . . . . anybody else got any other ideas . . . .
