Guest Posted February 1, 2013 Posted February 1, 2013 Hi all, Our preschool and reception are doing a recipe book that we would like to sell for fund raising. We are asking parents for their recipes old ones new ones etc. Has any one done this and if so how and also does anybody no where I could contact a chef who would come into preschool when the books are finished. Thanks Dorinda x
AnonyMouse_19762 Posted February 1, 2013 Posted February 1, 2013 Oooh - I seem to remember a previous thread on this topic........have a search :1b
AnonyMouse_5970 Posted February 1, 2013 Posted February 1, 2013 Sorry I can't be of much help but I wondered why you want a chef to come in? To make some of the recipes? You could probably find someone at your local college.

AnonyMouse_30128 Posted February 1, 2013 Posted February 1, 2013 Where about's are you based? (re chef) I have done the cookery book before though it was some time ago now!
Guest Posted February 12, 2013 Posted February 12, 2013 I love your idea. We did a bake sale for charity last year but want to do something a little different this year. I think it would be a great way of using parents skills and you could make it very visual by taking photos. Maybe child friendly recipes as we have lots of 'picky' eaters and parents are tearing their hair out about this. I saw someone said they printed and bound it themselves so that all the money went straight to the school. Will definitely give it a try! Kerry
