We are a registered charity overseen by a voluntary committee. We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Pre-school Manager to lead the small team of staff and manage the day-to-day running and curriculum of the pre-school. Duties will include: overseeing and co-ordinating the provision of high quality childcare; supervision and care of children; activity planning; direct playwork; health and safety/risk assessment and assessment/monitoring/evaluation; parent/carer liaison; contributing to, and implementing, pre-school policies and working with staff and Committee members to ensure that they are adhered to at all times.
