Guest
Does anyone have any good ideas of activities to do with Reception children with the story "The Giant's Loo Roll" which they would like to share?

AnonyMouse_3139
Looks like lots of grandparents like it. :1b I'm going to get a copy and have a loo roll day. We're in a big church hall so have plenty of space to roll them It looks like it has an environmental message so maybe look at recycling, get some boxes for your classroom and talk about what would need to go into each one. What happens to the recycled stuff. How we can make things from other things, modelling maybe. Children have everything new these days dont they? We never had new packs of paper to draw on it was always old envelops, cereal boxes, a garden wall, glass bottles for music, washing up liquid bottles for water pistols, old bed sheets for dens, dressing up, baby clothes for your dolls. Bringing back memories
