I've got an interview for a TLR post and I was wondering if any of you could remember what kind of questions they asked you during the interview which are different from the standard interview questions for a class teacher?? Thanks

They'll be about the teaching and learning responsability aspect of the post presumably. Assuming this is for FS then maybe about your vision and leadership of a team etc etc.

Will you be part of the SMT? I have had 2 interviews for TLR posts for EYFS leader and SMT member. The questions were mainly about leadership of others, how I would deal with staff who don't agree with changes agreed by SMT. How would I promote the EYFS across the whole school. How would I manage the revised EYFS curriculum/classroom/ staff. How would I support staff with CPD.

Quite a few questions were related to the job description.
