AnonyMouse_12805 Posted May 14, 2013 Posted May 14, 2013 So according to this little bit of 'information' as my 8 two year olds are in a minority (group of 28 children with 20 of group being 3yr & 4yr olds) I can count them as three and if my LA does that then their funding changing drastically. What a ridiculous statement, sounds like something someone has made up and then just passed on. Oh if it's just the odd one or two, we turn a blind eye....... Nowhere under the EYFS framework does it say this. As the EYFS was supposed to give every child an EQUAL chance in EY's how come this rule applies to schools and not to PVI's??? 3
