Key person qualification

Hi all not been on for a while had some big issues to deal with!! Wanted to puck your brains can a level 2 member of staff be a key person? What qualifications does a key person need? Thanks.x

My level 2 is a key person and is very good at what she does, the rest of my staff are level 3 and QTS, they all support each other.

Thanks suer I ad someone say that to be airy person you had to be level 3 have trailed through the eyfs and can not find any info on what qualification a key person needs

i have a level 2 who is a key worker and she is one of my best key workers.Personally I think it depends on the individual and not their level .

we have unqualified staff as a keyperson - she is a grandma so is more than able!
