AnonyMouse_5970 Posted May 29, 2013 Posted May 29, 2013 Very interesting Rea. I've got the feeling we're being fobbed off...
AnonyMouse_9650 Posted May 29, 2013 Posted May 29, 2013 Breach the formulation and development of government policy my ar*e - they are making it up as they go along as it is 1
AnonyMouse_19762 Posted May 29, 2013 Posted May 29, 2013    That just about says it all......
AnonyMouse_3139 Posted May 29, 2013 Author Posted May 29, 2013 Its disturbing. Governments who change the rules to suit themselves should be careful.
AnonyMouse_11396 Posted May 30, 2013 Posted May 30, 2013 I think in a world where we should all be transparent and accountable, this stinks quite frankly.
AnonyMouse_9650 Posted May 30, 2013 Posted May 30, 2013 The DFE are releasing some information  http://www.parenta.com/2013/05/29/4-key-assumptions-ratio-savings/ However since 7.00am this morning I have been typing up a combined Statement and CAF review (and I am a quick typist!). The minutes have gone on (seven pages plus the section C report for the statement review) somewhat following a 2 hour transitions meeting. In this "stylised" model I don't see any allowances made for a SENCO or a Child Protection Officer or any reflection made for the onerous workload that comes with these two statutory roles. If it wasn't so sad it would be laughable - anyway back to the reporting - Mantra time - There's no paperwork in early years
AnonyMouse_3139 Posted May 30, 2013 Author Posted May 30, 2013 (edited) They released some here too http://www.newstatesman.com/politics/2013/05/coalitions-childcare-figures-dont-add Sorry, I think its the same one Sue Havent woken up properly yet (yes I realise the time, but I'm unemployed so I can  ) Edited May 30, 2013 by Rea 2
AnonyMouse_2732 Posted June 3, 2013 Posted June 3, 2013 Hi. I can't read your original link, Rea - something about it being insecure!!!!! Sue
AnonyMouse_8466 Posted June 3, 2013 Posted June 3, 2013 Sue the link works for me. I did think about cutting and pasting the text but there's a lot of it... maybe someone who is more technically savvy than me can suggest a work around though. Have you tried a different web browser?
