AnonyMouse_42829 Posted June 4, 2013 Share Posted June 4, 2013 Morning all, I just wondered what format everyone uses when meeting with parents regarding their children's progress. We have our parent meeting day coming up following sending out termly reports for parents. I don't really want to duplicate with another report but I just wondered how everyone else records what is discussed in the meeting. I was thinking of a kind of summary of points discussed followed by parent comments and signatures by parents and key person. Any thoughts much appreciated. Things I don't like at home Then underneath has a section for us to fill in Things I like to do at preschool and things I don't. We chat about this, then go through recent obs in l.journals then lastly ask do they have any concerns and make note of these. Usually find concerns around asking how the are mixing socially etc and we use social observations to discuss this and answer and questions they may have Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
