AnonyMouse_14680
Hi everyone , please can you help me, I am just writing reports for parents and I know that I need to write a covering letter as an explanation for the 3 E's . Would anyone be willing to share their ideas or covering note/explanation to me ? :-O
Guest
We dont use three E's. We have emerging, developing and secure!!!!!
AnonyMouse_14680
Oh I may be being a bit silly here, do we not HAVE to report the 3 e's to them then? I assumed we did ? I like your emerging developing and secure much better :-)

AnonyMouse_3307
In the FAQs recently sent to LA moderation managers from STA it says that you must report to parents the outcome of the 17 assessments, so for Reception you must give parents the specific EYFSP outcome, but also p14 of the handbook says you should discuss children who are Emerging against your other records and dev matters so they are clear what emerging for their child means in terms of development and next steps. The other thread here might also be of use. Cx Edited June 25, 2013 by catma
