AnonyMouse_13789
Hi all We are interviewing for 2 LSA's to work with Sen children. Initially in the EYFS but then hopefully, all going well to move through the school with the children as they get older. We have requested experience of EYFS or primary education. Was just wondering if anyone could advise me of any questions that they think should be covered in the interview? We have all the general child protection/ care questions covered, it's more the job specific ones I am thinking about. Thanks
AnonyMouse_19920
how they would support the child, thinking of the needs the child may have? how would they recognise if the child was becoming distressed /upset etc.,? could you give them a scenario and ask them how they would deal with it\/
