Another policy we have been asked to do I can write up how we do it etc I just want to see that I don't miss anything a fresh view is always better sue. AnonyMouse_19920 Posted June 29, 2013 Share Posted June 29, 2013 we dont actually have a policy as such - if a parent pays they are asked to sign a sheet to say how much they have paid and the member of staff receiving the money counter signs to say they have received the money. if staff are not happy to do this then a lead practitioner will do it monies are then put in cash tin and collected by book keeper Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
