AnonyMouse_11396
Hi and a warm welcome. Depending on the childrens interest in the activities and the age range of the children as to the differentiation that may be required. Is that the sort of thing you mean. So an example might be child shows curiosity in the malleable materials. Give an enriched environment for them to explore, through touch, smell and use of a range of tools, vocabulary etc. You may then make the malleable material with them, so they may learn about capacity, weight, cause, effect, change, liquid, solid. You might then move onto other media such as clay and mould and make a pot etc.
AnonyMouse_30128
hello clare ...welcome to the madhouse! IMO challenges are there to ensure the children have 'got' what you have taught so they should be relevant to the subject you are doing at the time....so if you are doing counting to 20 then can they build something with the lego using 20 bricks kind of thing....sorry bit of a pants answer
