Potley Hill Preschool has 2 vacancies.

The first is for a Level 3 qualified Preschool Practitioner. The post is term time only, part time (5 days per week/ 21 hours), although hours may increase as the year goes on.

The position involves

  • acting as a keycarer to a small group of children, liaising closely with parent/carers and ensuring each child’s needs are recognised and met.
  • actively encouraging children’s progress in all areas of development; providing rich, varied and imaginative experiences, and making written observations about all children; contributing to the ongoing planning; linking observations to the learning goals of the EYFS.

We are a small, friendly, happy team who support each other in our work. We are flexible and, in return, need someone who is ready to work as part of a team and support colleagues, especially with training, sick and holiday cover and is prepared to help when preschool may be short staffed or with domestic duties as needed.

The second is for a Lunchtime Assistant.

The post is term time only, part time (4 days per week / 7 hours), although hours may increase as the year goes on.
