AnonyMouse_19782 Posted September 23, 2013 Posted September 23, 2013 Hi all, just wondered what your favourite children's books are for Journeys or places?
AnonyMouse_26037 Posted September 23, 2013 Posted September 23, 2013 Whatever next QPootle5 My children always seem to love Preston Pig and his journeys although they're not particular favourites of mine. I'll have a look at my bookshelves at school tomorrow. 1
AnonyMouse_19762 Posted September 24, 2013 Posted September 24, 2013 Journey home from Grandpas - when used with CD + we add some actions :1b 2
AnonyMouse_5970 Posted September 24, 2013 Posted September 24, 2013 The Train Ride. It's a simple story but it's written in the rhythm of a moving train, so you can read it in that rhythm, speeding up and slowing down. It's really clever, but I don't think I've described it very well! 2

I like this book but my staff hate it - every time I put it in the book case it mysteriously seems to walk away and jump in the storage boxes we keep them in
AnonyMouse_19782 Posted September 24, 2013 Author Posted September 24, 2013 Well it did used to make a lot of popular lists Thumperrabbit I think we have it as a large book in the cupboard and a smaller version too, so I'd better look it out hey!
