Guest Posted October 11, 2005 Posted October 11, 2005 Hello, I am a student currently doing a PGCE primary. Wanted to know where i could get display letter stencils from. Any ideas? Lou
Guest Posted October 11, 2005 Posted October 11, 2005 I got my best letter templates on holiday in America so that's probably not very helpful, but every teaching practice i was on and school i have worked in i have copied the school's templates that i liked and after 6 years i now have a huge selection. the other thing i have done is make fonts on the computer large and cut them out. hope this helps
Guest Posted October 11, 2005 Posted October 11, 2005 Most of the educational catalogues that the Schools have sell them. Hope, galt etc
AnonyMouse_3678 Posted October 11, 2005 Posted October 11, 2005 I got some from baker ross recently (www.bakerross.co.uk) Think it worked out about £20 for capitals, lower case and numbers. If you search for "templates" on therir home page it should bring them up.
AnonyMouse_2732 Posted October 12, 2005 Posted October 12, 2005 A cautionary note! Never lend your templates!! I have just lost a career's worth, because I lent them to an assistant in my DN for a display she was doing!!! It's a good job she has disappeared Sue
