Even 'Doctors' which I haven't a clue what is going on is a better option than the SEF which is looking at me from the corner!

AnonyMouse_30147
Not looked but someone told me it was the removal of the satisfactory grade that meant the SEF was being updated so shouldn't be any big changed - I hope!

AnonyMouse_1469
well, the day has finally arrived.........I am sitting down to write my SEF. AnonyMouse_19782
Somebody please tell me why is it whenever I go online to update the blasted SEF I can't get in all it says is ".The Ofsted Online Application is starting. Once it has started you may close this window if it has not closed automatically." I just cannot get past this point. Could it be that I just decide to update when the world is trying to do the same thing and the site can't cope?
AnonyMouse_13453
Bizarre I have never had that. One comment from our recent inspection I'd like to share is that she was impressed that we update the SEF regularly as it shows we are reflecting on our practice. So they notice - and it's worth doing!
AnonyMouse_19782
Thanks for that Cait. I think I always seem to want to do it at the end of a holiday break because that's when I have the most time available and have decided that it's now or never! But I have been trying to launch for the past half hour and nothing is happening. Maybe Narnia broke it yesterday,

They aren't going to be too impressed with my up- dating are they?!!!
AnonyMouse_13453
Haha. I didn't ask, but I would expect that they can see some sort of dating. She knew it had been done in the summer term and in October/November anyway!

Our list of SEF updates will look manic - I submit as I make changes to make sure that nothing gets lost and the latest information always is there. Each time I update the SEF there may be ten submissions. Perhaps not the best way to work...

AnonyMouse_33773
You just edit it, save and submit it. If you don't want any of what you got you just delete it all. You must be pleased to have it updated! A sense of satisfaction I wish I could have...
