The Medicine Record for medicines needed temporarily Medicine Record.docx The Health Care Plan for those to be administered ongoing Health Care Plan.docx. Guest Posted November 25, 2013 Share Posted November 25, 2013 With regards to administering medication, I would strongly recommend that you do not administer the 1st dose of any new medication - just in case of problems; include this in your medication policy and make sure that parents are aware of this.
