Can anyone shed any light or a solution even ofsted dont seem to have the answer ?? Thanks in advance x
AnonyMouse_5970 Posted November 29, 2013 Posted November 29, 2013 (edited) Some things need keeping more or less for ever including insurance details. Financial records are seven years I think (not sure on this one, I still have all mine from nearly ten years) We have been told that registers can be destroyed after two years. We get rid of sleep checks and nappy records after one month. We keep food safety checks e.g. temperature probe records for one year. Edited November 29, 2013 by Stargrower 1
