AnonyMouse_44288
Does anyone have a form they use for when something is changed in the setting to show why you changed it for OFSTED purposes?
AnonyMouse_6721
Can't think what you might have changed that they would want to know about. If you are changing your registration their are forms on the website or give them a ring.
AnonyMouse_5970
Would it be something you could explain in your SEF? What the change was, why you did it and what the impact was?

AnonyMouse_33773
We have a form where we record reflections regarding health and safety, e.g. new risks discovered.

AnonyMouse_44288
Thanks for your replies everyone. Had a EY consultation and the lady suggested I made a form to record changes, what is seen to make me want to change it and then the outcome after the change.... I have just written a brief reflection sheet but in hind sight I think adding to bottom of planning sheet is the way forward!
