Guest Posted January 17, 2014 Share Posted January 17, 2014 Hi all I am doing a bit of research with the local authority as they are defining what constitutes a registration or identification of a family and also a contact - e.g a signed document by the parent (reg form) easily counts, a new birth info from the registrar is an identification not necessarily registration. Anyway, they are after examples from other local authorities if they are a local agreement as what you can and can't count in attendance and contact to the children's centres.....
