Guest
We used the e cat monitoring sheet on all the children in the nursery. From the results we set up early intervention groups. specific activities including strategies from ELKLAN using NVC , waiting for children to respond, expanding, repeating and modelling correct language has made a big improvement to progression. I believe it has been worth doing to support individual children language development needs and as a bonus ticks the Ofsted box of how children are progressing
