Do I have to start a folder for a new child who is here until end of M

new child started and they are here until their visas come through and then return to USA...do I need to start a progress chart and folder or just plan for them and observe?

Thats what I would do if it was short term, perhaps, if you havnt already ask how long the visa process takes.

If you have the time, I would put some photographs together too, what a lovely keepsake for their time in this country to look at in years to come.
