Ive recently been appointed as training mentor at my setting, to support all staff members involved in training of any sort: apprenticeships, level 5, team management, anything really. ive asked my mentees how they think i can support them, and have introduced myself to their training assessor who visits the setting regulary. just wondering if anybody has any hints, tips or words of wisdom really. thanks in advance x Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
