AnonyMouse_19135 Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 So I've just been given loads of tubes, they are approx 3 ft long and 20cm diameter...... any ideas what to do with them?????
AnonyMouse_33773 Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 (edited) Roll balls through them and knock down towers of blocks, for example. If of plastic, for water. Perhaps you could put things in them, seal the ends and turn them from side to side, comparing the sound they make, and perhaps their weight. They could be painted and/or decorated if of paper. AnonyMouse_39998 Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 we have some that we roll cars and trains down! or anything that rolls for that matter 1
AnonyMouse_1469 Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 I saw a wonderful 'log cabin' made out of tubes at christmas, wish I had them, I would have pinched the idea
AnonyMouse_30128 Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 he where do i start! we have a regular supply of carpet roll tubes we do all sorts with them! Rolling...cars/balls/marbles/trains etc how can you get them to go through quicker (angles etc) for sand ....you can cut and attach them to each other to make fab designs if you cut them in half lengthwise they make great tunnels If they're the really thick ones you can make stilts with them! they make good sound tunnels for speaking and listening and didgeridoos....try using flip flops to pat the ends to create music. etc etc etc! 1
