Can ofsted come when there is no SMT on site?

Can ofsted come when there is no SMT? Our head teacher is going to be off for a few weeks due to an operation and the assistant head is taking the oldest class on a residential. Therefore can Ofsted still come? If we do get the phone call what do we say?

Yes they can. There still has to be someone who is deputising and responsible for the running of the school in the HTs absence.
