Guest
The PLA accreditation scheme expects us to do daily, weekly and termly risk assessments. I am quite happy with the daily and termly ones but what kind of thing do you put in your weekly ones?
AnonyMouse_2732
Sorry, Not much help, unless you input a digest of your dailies? Or you have some you only do on a weekly basis? What is this all about?? There should be some kind of regular check you do anyway - is that not acceptable?? After all, risk assessments probably equate to daily/weekly checks. AnonyMouse_705
Hi Sue We have a daily risk assessment sheet on entering and leaving the building ie windows locked, sockets covered. At the bottom of this sheets we have two items on our weekly risk assessment namely aprons washed and tea towels washed. Don't know if this is adequate but presumably it passed our Ofsted inspection 18 months ago. Can attach if anybody's interested. Sorry can't be more help, look forward to seeing what other people do.
