FS leader across 2 reception classes

Posted Today, 06:00 PM Hi, Am wondering if any one has any ideas. A position has arisen for a EYFS leader without one class responsibility, but will be expected to teach full time across both the reception classes alongside the current reception teachers. There is no on site nursery. Does anyone have any experience of a similar set up and how does this work on a day to day basis in your setting? Any ideas or experiences greatly appreciated
