Nursery Practitioner - Kingston upon Thames

At Kings Meadow we are looking for a full time and a part time nursery practitioner who has a passion for working with young children and has the ability to support them in their learning.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to;

§ observe and assess children’s development

§ Plan within the Early Years Foundation Stage.

§ Keep accurate records.

§ work as part of a team

§ develop good working relationships with parents and carers

§ be Honest, reliable and flexible

§ maintain a Professional attitude and manner

§ have an Enthusiastic approach to work

We are looking for a practitioner who has;

§ Good interaction and communication skills with children

§ Good level of English in both spoken and written form

§ Good communication skills

§ Good organisational skills

§ A commitment and ability to understand and promote our Equality and diversity Policy.

§ Ability to co-operate and adhere to health and safety policies, practices and instructions.

This position requires you to have knowledge and experience of working with toddlers. We are looking for a skilled practitioner, who will be able to support practitioners in implementing the EYFS, completing planning and assessments.

You will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS disclosure

 

Hours: 25 - 40 hours per week

Salary: dependant upon qualification and salary
