Guest Posted April 30, 2014 Share Posted April 30, 2014 The reception class teacher and I use the same planning format, but then she has extra sheets for the phonics work. I am not sure I can download to this iPad and then onto here I will try! It is a Worcestershire county council layout that I altered to suit our setting.
